1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sigrise, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Sigrise provides a revenue intelligence platform for tracking company growth metrics ("the Service"). The Service is accessible through our website and includes both free and paid features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password/auth credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sigrise and its licensors.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sigrise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
